Shipping policy

Where We Ship

We are currently only shipping to Australia, thanks to you know who. If you are a New Zealand based customer, please contact us at info@rovingsouth.com.au or +61 402 149 404 and we will see what we can do. We use Australia Post for almost all shipping, and all shipping is tracked.  Drop shipped items are sent via FedEx (Ashford & Schacht) or NZ Post (Majacraft). 

When We Ship

We ship Monday - Friday via our local post office. Our local post office is a rural post office, outgoing shipments have to be lodged by 9:30 am.  Any orders received are usually shipped next day. Friday and weekend orders are shipped on Mondays (public holidays excluded). 

Shipping Charges

We are currently using flat rate shipping, except for larger items such as spinning wheels or looms which incur a different type of shipping charge. Normal shipping is currently $12 flat rate for parcel post and $15 flat rate for express post. 

Packaging

Because we receive a large amount of stock, we re-purpose/re-use all packing material in order to reduce packaging going to landfill. We use AU Post mailers and boxes in order to reduce shipping costs.
