REFUNDS
What we will do:
If an item is faulty, we will happily refund or replace the item if possible. Please contact us within 14 days to discuss your return so we can come up with a solution that makes us both happy.
What we won't do:
We can't give you a refund on something you bought and decided you didn't like, or you've changed your mind.
Charge a restocking fee.
We can't refund final sale or clearance items.
We can't give you a refund on custom dyed yarns or fibre.
We can't redeem gift vouchers for cash.
